POS System Update – What’s New in Release V8.4.22.0

The following list describes the features and improvements in this new version release:

- Added “Advanced Pricing Import” button in Back Office which supports importing multiple stores and multiple products on a single spreadsheet. Button must be enabled in User Groups before it will appear
- Added new option for Cash Payment Limit. To set, MyPOS Connect Back Office –> Device options -> Device Options -> Cash Handling –> Cash Payment Limit. Disabled by default
- Added new security options to enable access to the Shopify Sync and Shopify Setup buttons in the back office which replace the older checkboxes under Back Office buttons
- Cost in Transfers now applies the Company Option “Number of Decimal Places used for Supplier Costs ” to the Ordering tab
- Fixed issue where currency exchange values were at times being incorrectly reported
- Fixed issue where the sort order on a recalled receipt that contained customers discounts was not always correct
- Fixed issue with Givex Plugin where options such as “Refund Not Allowed” at Givex was conflicting with user operation in MyPOS Connect
- Fixed issues related to customer pricing when the company option “Promotions Active” was unchecked
- Fixed label printing issue where labels not printing when the same product existed on multiple lines in the PO
- Fixed issue that appeared when open priced product was sold and then discounted followed by the discount being removed – when these steps occurred, the originally entered price of the product was not recorded
- Improved “Max Sale Quantity” feature in Products, to prevent, instead of just warn, when Max Sale Quantity limit exceeded
- Improved on screen number pad to be more intuitive with regards to users pressing the Enter key
- Improved product search in Purchase Orders to also search Supplier Product Code
- Improved user experience in cases where Reason Codes was set as required, but no reason code existed
- Improved various messages, button text and device options throughout MyPOS Connect to improve readability and understanding
