POS System Update – What’s New in Release V8.4.22.40

The following list describes the features and improvements in this new version release:
- Enabled scrolling on Suppliers tab in Products to support lengthy supplier lists
- Fixed issue with buttons in the till losing focus when custom keyboard shortcuts were enabled
- Fixed issue with OPOS serial scanners installed using a Y cable, where “Product Not Found” message not appearing
- Fixed obscure issue that occurred when user sessions are enabled and the user was logged into multiple devices and also performed a close (Z-Report) without logging out of other devices
- Improved language on “Re-Sync Data” button to be “Get Cloud Data”
- Improved language relating to Packaging in products to use “Multipack” and “Units”
- Improved length of supplier email address to allow up to 250 characters
- Improved logic relating to Klaviyo customer sync to verify that Klaviyo and MyPOS Connect customer data match before sending the customer data up to Klaviyo with the sale from MyPOS Connect
- New MyPOS Connect installations will now install SQL 2025 LocalDB
- New option to unpack Multipacks regardless of stock
- To enable, go to MyPOS Connect Back Office –> Company Options -> Products and Stock Settings -> Unpack multipacks into units regardless of stock on hand (default is On)
