MyPOS Connect Joins Elite List of Leading Retail POS System in 2022

For third year in a row, the industry-leading business software advocate and research company, Software Advice, has named MyPOS Connect as a leading Retail POS System in their 2022 buyer’s guide. MyPOS Connect scored a 4.68 (out of 5) for Customer Satisfaction and Usability, out-performing many mainstream solutions such as Lightspeed, Clover, and Shopify POS.
As the chart below indicates, the competition was very stiff this year, with many POS systems showing strong survey results. The ideal positions are toward the upper right quadrant, which highlights the industry leaders in Customer Satisfaction and Software Usability.
In order to be included for consideration in the above chart, there are a series of requirements that each software product must meet. Each axis is based on a cumulative score, as outlined below:

Usability is based on user feedback from a 24-month analysis period.

- 50% – Ease-of-Use
