POS System Update – What’s New in Release V8.4.17.60

  • Added function to Purchase Orders to allow adding of new products from handheld/text import
  • Added new feature to allow cloning of stock counts from stores or from HQ
  • Added new option to allow qty change on receipt for refunded products
    • Device Options –> Operational Settings –> Enable Quantity Change on Refunds from Receipt
  • Added option to show keyboard shortcuts
    • Device Options –> Till Button Settings –> Show Keyboard Shortcuts
  • Added profile option for Time Clock Report path to enable users to access a custom report from the Time Clock report button
    • Device Options –> Back Office Settings –> Report Path for Time Clock
  • Added profile option to suppress all data on the Z report
    • Device Options –> Open / Close Settings –> Z Read, suppress sales data on print out
  • Added ship to customer and company name to Transfer out search window for customer transfers
  • Added supplier product code and bin location to Purchase Order Quick Scan
  • Added till button for SCANTORECALL for direct scanning access to work orders or quotes
    • Device Options –> Till Button Settings –> Button Sale Row X
  • Added till button SCANRECEIPT for direct scanning access to recall a receipt
    • Device Options –> Till Button Settings –> Button Sale Row X
  • Added underline to button in focus (being clicked)
  • Corrected alignment issue on Custom Display buttons
  • Corrected issue when voiding a transaction with foreign currency converting amount back to local currency
  • Corrected issue where floats declared offline were not updating in the cloud when available
  • Corrected issue where user could accept partial payment on a work order using the integrated Credit/Debit and save as payments instead of as deposits
  • Corrected issue with refunding a deposit where value was overstated
  • Corrected issue with Ship to customer in Transfer Out where customer text displaying incorrectly
  • Corrected issue with Shopify integration where background Ids were not being reset when the product was deleted or not found
  • Corrected logic for fixed amount commission calculation which was not multiplying by quantity
  • Prevent auto logout while doing integrated payments
  • Prevent removing of customer from receipt when refunding, but allow adding a customer if there wasn’t already one.
  • Updated logic when to prevent setting the same classification to multiple levels when editing classifications in Products on screen
  • Updated sorting on supplier drop-down on Purchase Orders to sort by name
